well you know pretty Mama, make you feel true blue.
Hey little Mama, how is my Hill to you ?
hey little Mama, how is my Hill to you ?
well you know pretty Mama, make you twist and shout.
I got my Broken Hill blues, Broken Hill blues,
I got my Broken Hill blues, Broken Hill blues,
I got my Broken Hill blues, just what to do.
I said hey little Mama, come up to my Broken Hill,
hey little Mama, my Broken Hill,

The photo of my guitar with an Agile wallaby, was taken about 500 kms (310 miles) east of Darwin, Australia; on an isolated Aboriginal community named Manmoyi. https://youtu.be/BusEnxtUyws While working with an Aboriginal rock band called Nabarlek (Nabarlek means "sacred rock wallaby").

LYRICS.You know what ? Custer is going to get it !
Because I am mad, I am a Lone Eagle,
ear to the ground, eye to the World,
looking for my squaw, Ya Na Ho !
Yes I love you honey, don't care if you are married,
I still love you all, I will get you yet,
Hee Hi Hi Eho !
I am lean and mean, I am a howling coyote,
40 long moons, and 40 long suns,
stubborn as a buffalo, going to find me,
my Lakota squaw, Ya Na Ho !
Yes I love you honey, don't care if you are married,
I still love you all, I will get you yet,
Hee Hi Hi Eho !
I am no Crazy Horse, I am no Red Cloud,
I am no Sitting Bull, I just ring true,
my arrow is broken, my teepee is empty,
where is my squaw, Ya Na Ho ! Ya Na Ho !
Yes I love you honey, don't care if you are married,
I still love you all, I will get you yet,
yes I love you honey, don't care if you are married,
I will drive you home, in my one-eyed Ford !
Hee Hi Hi Eho ! Hee Hi Hi Eho !

05. Dreamtime Shuffle (Live).
(Gerry Joe Weise)

I got the kangaroo blues, under a Coolibah tree,
I got a Dreamtime Shuffle, and I don't know what to do
I got a Dreamtime Shuffle, I got a Dreamtime Shuffle,
I got a Dreamtime Shuffle, I got a Dreamtime Shuffle,
I got a Dreamtime Shuffle, and I don't know what to do
I got a one-time baby, I got a two-time show,
I got four-on-the-floor, I got the kangaroo blues,
I got a Dreamtime Shuffle, and I don't know what to do
You got a Dreamtime Shuffle, you got a Dreamtime Shuffle,
you got a Dreamtime Shuffle, you got a Dreamtime Shuffle,
you got a Dreamtime Shuffle, and you don't know what to do

06. Gerry Joe's Houserocker.
(Gerry Joe Weise)
Listen to it on YouTubeFor slide guitar, I recorded this song with my vintage red sunburst 1964 Silvertone guitar with lipstick pickups (these guitars were originally sold in the Sears catalogs). The amplifier was my all tube vintage tweed 1954 Fender "Super-Amp". Main effects pedal was a Tubescreamer turned up to full volume.

07. Blues for Gary Moore.
(Gerry Joe Weise)
Listen to it on YouTubeI borrowed from my friend (Jeffrey Z) a vintage 1954 Gibson Les Paul Gold Top guitar (worth $60,000). To create the "woman tone" that Gary Moore adored. I plugged that into a vintage 1970s Marshall amplifier, as a tribute to Gary Moore, after he sadly passed away.

08. Bushman Boogie Deluxe.
(Gerry Joe Weise)
Listen to it on YouTubeRecorded with my vintage green 1930 National Triolian guitar, vintage 1963 Fender Stratocaster guitar, and vintage 1964 Silvertone guitar. The amplier was a Fender Vibroverb tube amp. Main effects pedals were a vintage Tubescreamer and a Fuzz Face. I also rented a sitar.

09. Earth Spirit.
(Gerry Joe Weise)
Listen to it on YouTubeI recorded Earth Spirit in the studio with my red Danelectro 67 Hornet guitar, played through a vintage 1964 Silvertone Amp-in-a-Case amplifier and speaker (without the Silvertone guitar), for an old-school tremolo sound.

10. Manic Depression.
(Jimi Hendrix)
Listen to it on YouTubeRecorded with my purple Voodoocaster guitar, psychedelic Fender Stratocaster guitar, vintage 1967 Gibson ES340 (slide) guitar. Fender amplifiers: brown tolex 63 Vibroverb and tweed Blues Deluxe. Main effects pedal: Roger Mayer Octavia.

BLUES DOWN UNDER, Album.Guitarist Gerry Joe Weise from Sydney, Australia, has been playing guitar since he was four. In addition, he is a “Land artist”, which means that he creates works of art from the elements of the earth, such as soil, water, rocks and vegetation.
He temporarily left Australia for Germany, Switzerland and France to establish contacts with record labels and promoters.
In terms of musical style, we can clearly put the stamp of “Blues Rock” on Gerry Joe Weise's music. But not just any Blues Rock… no… Gerry Joe mixes Funk, Psychedelics, Avant-garde and World Music with the greatest of ease through his music.
He opens the album with the instrumental "Blues Down Under". A lazy shuffle with his viciously biting guitar, which regularly brings back memories of Roy Buchanan. After that, "Broken Hill Blues" is a massive pumping rocker, with Gerry Joe's powerful live vocals and his biting guitar injections.
A softly rustling surf opens the relaxed shuffling and instrumental "Blue Outback". In this song, Gerry Joe mixes the sound of Peter Green and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Next, "Boogie Ya Na Ho" is a vicious biting boogie with a dirty garage rock sound, floating on a Bo Diddley beat. "Dreamtime Shuffle" can be heard in a live version, a pumping shuffle with unpolished Elmore James-esque slide guitar work.
"Gerry Joe's Houserocker" is also a swaying slide rocker in the best Elmore James and Hound Dog Taylor style. Surprisingly enough, Pink Floyd ("Shine On You Crazy Diamond") influences appear in "Blues For Gary Moore". Halfway through the song, it pumps off in its best Gary Moore's "Walking By Myself" way.
"Bushman Boogie Deluxe" opens like an unpolished driving country blues with groaning guitar work. Suddenly the song continues as a funky blues, in which there is also room for psychedelic sitar sounds. "Earth Spirit" is pure slide blues, in a duet between guitar and didgeridoo.
Gerry Joe closes the album with a searing and very psychedelic rendition of Jimi Hendrix's "Manic Depression".
For the very best in Blues Rock guitar work, I can recommend you to go and buy this album by Gerry Joe Weise!
